Products and pricing
Individual patterns are $9. The Beginner Pack is $24. The Complete Collection is $39. Prices are shown in USD at checkout.
Delivery
Patterns are delivered as a digital download, generated for the panel size and technique chosen at checkout, with a link provided immediately after payment and on the files page.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Because delivery is immediate and the file is generated specifically for the size you chose, the download link becoming available is treated as the start of performance for this digital content; refund requests are handled case by case by contacting support before downloading.
Usage rights
A purchased pattern may be used to cut personal or small-batch commercial glass projects. Reselling, redistributing, or republishing the pattern files themselves is not permitted.
Delivery
All products are digital downloads. Once payment is confirmed the ZIP appears immediately on the files page, generated for the panel width and technique chosen at checkout. There is no shipping step and no wait on an email.
Right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the customer's prior express consent. Downloading the pattern constitutes performance. The free pattern and the live sizing tool allow the format, the checks and the content of a pattern set to be evaluated before any payment.
Rebuilds
A pattern can be regenerated at a different size within its declared range, or for the other cutting technique, at no extra charge, on request from the contact page quoting the email address used at checkout. There is no time limit on that request and no expiry on downloads.
Licence
A purchased pattern may be used to build panels, including panels the buyer sells. Redistribution or resale of the pattern files themselves is not permitted.
Claims and applicable law
Claims may be sent to social@alexandrefuchs.fr. These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts.
